O meu nome artístico é Paola Pipoca, sou multiartista, trabalho com várias mídias como desenho, pintura, escultura, performance arte, vídeo arte e áudio. Sou de Curitiba, Paraná, já rodei o mundo e escolhi e fui escolhida pelo Brejão, interior da Chapada Diamantina, para ser o meu lar.

My artistic name is Paola Pipoca, I am a multi-artist, I work with various media such as drawing, painting, sculpture, performance art, video art and audio. I'm from Curitiba, Paraná, I've traveled the world and chose and was chosen by Brejão, in the interior of Chapada Diamantina, to be my home.
PROJETOS Projects
O espaço Macela do Campo está organizando e abrigando Coração 2 - Carnaval das Mulheres, que vai acontecer nos dias 1,2,3,4,5 e 6 de março de 2025. O Coração é um festival para mulheres, organizado e feito por mulheres. No qual, o foco está em criar um espaço de conhecimento, diversão e segurança para que as mulheres tenham esse momento em que elas são o ponto importante e central, e as suas necessidades, interesses e objetivos vão estar em primeiro lugar.

Faz um tempo que eu não posto nada aqui nas redes sociais. É que eu estou bem ocupada ajeitando o espaço Macela do Campo e a minha moradia.
Aqui estou segurando uma jarra de suco de Beterraba, as beterrabas não estavam boas para consumo, porém ótimas para fazer uma tinta.
As fotos seguintes, sou eu lichando as madeiras, com a ajuda de @qrozroots.
Depois pintei as madeiras com o suco.
Em seguida Thiago passou duas mãos de verniz para proteger a madeira, a tinta e dar acabamento.
E a última imagem é o resultado.

It's been a while since I posted anything here. It's just that I'm very busy fixing Macela do Campo space and my house. Here I am holding a pitcher of beetroot juice, the beetroots were not good for consumption, but great for making a paint. The following photos are me sanding the woods, with the help of @qrozroots. Then I painted the woods with the beetroot juice. Thiago then applied two coats of varnish to protect the wood. And the last image is the final result.

Ontem dia 26 de Junho de 2023, terminei de tirar os tocos e as raízes das árvores da estrada do meu terreno, de quase 1km de extensão. Tiveram alguns troncos que nem imaginava que eu conseguiria arrancar. Nos vários dias, horas e machadadas, tiveram momentos que eu achei que nunca ia conseguir. Mas ontem cheguei na última curva e me deparei com o final.
Feliz de continuar mesmo às vezes não acreditando, agora é só o começo.
Bora, roçar, fazer telhado, agrofloresta e muita arte 😍
Yesterday, June 26, 2023, I finished removing the stumps and tree roots from the road on my land, which is almost 1km long.
There were some trunks that I didn't even think I could pull out. In the several days, hours and axes, there were moments that I thought I would never get it done.
But yesterday I reached the last corner and found myself facing the end.
Happy to continue even sometimes not believing, now is just the beginning.
